Welcome to True North Pet Station. These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

Products and Handmade Goods

True North Pet Station offers handmade, made-to-order, personalized, and specialty pet products. Because many items are individually crafted, slight variations in colour, fabric placement, stitching, dimensions, finishes, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing accurate personalization information, including names, monograms, measurements, sizing, colours, fabrics, symbols, and other requested details.

Please carefully review all information before submitting your order. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Personalized, customized, embroidered, monogrammed, specially sized, and made-to-order products are considered final sale except where required by applicable law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website. Prices, product availability, designs, materials, and specifications may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance by True North Pet Station. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or circumstances that prevent us from completing an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Production and Delivery

Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, production times may vary. Any production or delivery estimates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping and delivery may also be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other transportation disruptions.

Pet Safety and Product Use

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their pet’s size, needs, and intended use.

Pet products should be inspected regularly for signs of wear or damage. Pets should be appropriately supervised when using products containing small parts, decorative elements, straps, hardware, feathers, toys, or accessories.

True North Pet Station products are intended to be used responsibly and according to their intended purpose.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.

Unless otherwise stated, the True North Pet Station name, branding, original product designs, photographs, graphics, written content, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to True North Pet Station and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
